Getting Your Jewelry to Us
Local Drop-off & Pickup
Local customers can arrange a time to drop off their jewelry and pick it up when the work is complete. There's no additional charge for local drop-off or pickup. We'll coordinate a convenient time with you beforehand.
Shipping Your Jewelry
Prefer to mail your piece to us? Get in touch first so we can discuss your project and provide shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to studio601B and return shipping costs.
We'll confirm any shipping fees as part of your quote before beginning work. Please pack your jewelry securely, as we will not be accountable for items damaged before they get to us. Please note that we cannot control carrier delays or handling during transit.
How It Works

Receive a quote. We'll review your request and confirm the estimated cost, materials, shipping fees if applicable, and completion time.

Approve and get started. We'll begin once you've approved the quote and we've received your piece or confirmed the materials needed.
Turnaround times begin once the piece and required materials are available. More involved projects may take longer, and we'll let you know before proceeding.
