Our story

studio601B is a family-run jewelry studio based in South San Francisco, built around a simple idea: thoughtful design doesn't need to be complicated.

Our story began in downtown San Francisco Gift & Jewelry Center, where our family sold handmade and curated jewelry for a decade. When our storefront closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued our journey online, bringing our collection to a wider community.

Today, we focus on creating and assembling pieces that blend natural materials, simple forms, and everyday wearability. Each item is hand-strung or hand-assembled in small batches, maintaining the same attention to detail we’ve always valued. Our goal is to keep the spirit of local craftsmanship alive while sharing our work with a wider community.

We believe jewelry can be simple while still having character. We design our jewelry with an emphasis on thoughtful combinations, natural textures, and everyday wearability. From the colors of natural stones to the textures of pearls and the details of a carved pendant, each material brings something unique to a piece. We celebrate the natural beauty of each material.
